A talk tomorrow, 21st of January, will present and explain some of the projects currently on show at the COAC in Barcelona within the exhibition T102: Learning from Reality, which gathers a representative selection of ETSAB’s final year student projects dealing with cooperation and development.

The projects, which focus on women’s initiatives, community engagement, sustainable growth and incorporate appropriate building technologies, are the result of real-life work experiences undertaken during their studies and in diverse locations as India, Africa, Brasil and here in Catalunya, Spain.

Tomorrow’s presentation, titled From Dreams to Reality will be given by the local architecture collective La Col, known for their bottom-up, community-driven approach to the building practice.

Our co-director Sandra Bestraten formed part of the final jury, along with Zaida Muxí, Anna Ramos and Patricia Reus.
